The Talent Pool

Our Talent consists of the top MBA students from the Fisher College of Business along with other Students, Faculty, Staff and Industry Experts throughout The Ohio State University.  Academically gifted and experience tested, our FPS MBA's are the top talent in Fisher’s skill-specific, nationally ranked master’s degree programs.  Each consultant builds upon their diverse background through a rigorous training & validation project in addition to ongoing seminars in consulting and business fundamentals to prepare them for careers as leaders and managers within a business or careers within a consulting firm.



Managing Partners

Adam Messer graduated from Principia College with majors in Computer Science and History.  For the past five years, he worked for Carlson Software developing computer aided design software for the civil engineering and land development industries.  He concurrently served as Carlson Software’s Director of Information Technology.  Adam holds a Masters in Computer Science from Northern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing his MBA at The Fisher College of Business with a focus in Finance and Operations.  This summer he will be interning as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting in San Francisco.  For fun, he enjoys adventure activities that have included peaking 17 of Colorado's 14ers and rafting Zimbabwe’s Zambezi river.

Since completing his B.A. at the University of North Carolina, Chad Stutz has lived on both coasts and has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.  In the non-profit sector, he was a founder of Manhattan Theatre Source and helped to build this arts organization into a self-sustaining entity that is still serving artists in New York City today.  In the for-profit sector, his work has ranged from consulting engagements with Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial endeavors.  Chad is very excited about the tremendous growth of FPS in this past year and in the potential that he sees for this organization as it moves toward the future.

 

Leadership Team

Elsie Jamin-Maguire is a finance/strategy major at Fisher College of Business. Prior to getting her MBA, Elsie worked in the theater industry in New York City. As the Director of Finance for Max Merchandising, LLC, Elsie worked with the producers and general managers of several hit Broadway shows including: Rent, Avenue Q, Shrek, and Mamma Mia. This summer, Elsie will be interning in general management with BASF in Florham Park, NJ.

David Day earned his Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University.  He has over 5 years of experience in multiple areas of Information Technology, including Application Development and Network Engineering.  His current areas of focus are Strategy and Finance and he wishes to pursue a career in Management Consulting.

Samarth Mital completed his bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering – Mumbai University. He was awarded First Merit Prize and Chancellors Gold Medal. Upon graduation Samarth worked for Tata Consultancy Services in various capacities as a Consultant on Business Transformation, Cost Optimization and Process Improvement initiatives and was also a Project Manager and Software Developer. He is currently pursuing an MBA at The Fisher College of Business in Corporate Finance and Operations and plans on pursuing a career in Management Consulting. For fun he enjoys playing Squash, Badminton and Travelling.

Margaret Meyer graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2003 with a double major in Mathematics and Economics.  After graduation, she worked in fundraising for the American Heart Association.  Starting as a Corporate Relations Manager with a $200,000 fundraising goal, Margaret worked her way to the role of Development Director with over a 2 million dollar fundraising goal.  At Fisher, Margaret is majoring in Strategy and is involved in leadership functions in both Fisher Professional Services and Fisher Board Fellows.  Margaret is also very excited to be spending fall of 2009 at the business school of Bocconi in Milan, Italy.

Aaron Bailey received his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Utah State University.  During that time, he was employed by several start-up companies developing marketing and operations strategies.  Additionally, he has three years of experience managing a successful branch for CitiFinancial, the consumer-lending division of Citigroup.  Aaron is currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in Operations and Logistics.
